Product Introduction
The Grading Ring (also known as corona ring) is installed on insulator strings of high-voltage transmission lines to equalize voltage distribution across the string, reducing corona discharge and electrical noise. Made of seamless aluminum alloy tubes with smooth, burr-free surfaces, it offers excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The ring is hot-dip galvanized or anodized for outdoor durability. Properly sized and positioned, the grading ring protects insulator units and hardware from premature aging and radio interference. Easy to assemble with standard fittings, it ensures reliable performance at voltages of 110kV and above, enhancing power system efficiency and safety.
