The Bundle Spacer Damper is used on multi-bundled conductors of overhead transmission lines to maintain fixed spacing between sub-conductors while damping aeolian vibrations. It consists of a central frame, spring-loaded arms, and damping elements, which absorb wind-induced energy and prevent clashing, galloping, and abrasion. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or corrosion-resistant ductile iron with hot-dip galvanized hardware, it ensures long-term durability. Rubber or neoprene inserts protect conductor surfaces. Easy to install with standard tools, it accommodates two, four, or six sub-conductors for various voltage levels.
