Product Introduction
The Spacer (spacer damper) is used on bundled conductors of overhead transmission lines to maintain fixed spacing between sub-conductors, preventing clashing, galloping, and abrasion. It evenly distributes mechanical and electrical loads across the bundle, improving line stability and reducing corona loss. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or corrosion-resistant ductile iron with hot-dip galvanized hardware, the spacer ensures long-term durability. Rubber cushions or neoprene inserts protect conductor surfaces. Easy to install with standard tools, it accommodates two, four, or six sub-conductors for various voltage levels. Reliable and maintenance-free, the spacer enhances power transmission efficiency and extends conductor life.
