The Fixed Suspension Clamp is designed to securely hold conductors on transmission line towers, preventing both vertical movement and lateral swing. Unlike standard suspension clamps, it provides rigid fixation for applications requiring minimal conductor displacement, such as on steep slopes or tension sections. The clamp body and keepers are made of aluminum alloy; cotter pins are stainless steel; all other ferrous parts are hot-dip galvanized. With an overhanging angle of not less than 25° and a curvature radius at least 8 times the wire diameter, it ensures reliable gripping without damaging the conductor. Easy to install, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability.
