Product Introduction

The QS-Type Ball Eye Clevis is a connecting fitting for overhead transmission lines, linking insulator strings to socket fittings, crossarms, or other hardware. One end features a precision-machined spherical ball for articulation, while the other end has a closed eye or clevis for bolted connection. Made of high-strength malleable cast iron or forged steel with a hot-dip galvanized coating, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Stainless steel cotter pins ensure secure locking. The QS-Type allows angular rotation to accommodate line movement under tension. Easy to install with standard tools, it offers reliable, vibration-resistant performance for suspension and tension insulator assemblies in demanding outdoor conditions.
