Product Introduction
The Vibration Damper (anti-vibration hammer) is used on overhead transmission lines to reduce aeolian vibrations of conductors and ground wires. It consists of two cast-iron weights attached to a high-strength steel spring wire, clamped onto the cable. The damper dissipates vibration energy through inertial counterweights, protecting conductors and fittings from fatigue damage. All ferrous parts are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. Easy to install with standard tools, the vibration damper is tuned to specific frequency ranges for optimal performance. Suitable for various conductor sizes, it ensures long-term reliability of power lines, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
